Upon entering the room, I was impressed by the new look and cleanliness, although it was smaller than expected from the pictures. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking with dirty bed sheets and hairs on them. The breakfast buffet was subpar, and the noise insulation was poor, allowing sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms to disturb my peace, especially at night.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, not so big but enough for a good sleep. However, they were not as clean as I would have liked, and the loud ventilation outside the building didn't allow us to keep the windows open for fresh air. The service, especially from Erdogan, Idris, and Ceyhun, was very friendly and accommodating, even when I changed my plans last minute. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the T1 tram station 'Gulhane' and close to many tourist attractions. The dining was decent, with a variety of options but fell under expectations in some aspects.
